Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of products, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

Products: all natural personal care and beauty products offered by Dinacia Beauty, including body butter, body oil, face oil, face cream, hair products, and other beauty care.

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Dinacia Beauty and to every distance contract concluded between Dinacia Beauty and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.

The products offered are described as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for Dinacia Beauty.

Images and descriptions of the products are illustrative and may differ slightly from reality, as these are natural products.

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and has fulfilled the conditions set.

Dinacia Beauty will confirm the receipt of the order via email after payment has been received.

Due to the nature of the products (natural and hygienic), the right of withdrawal is excluded.

Once shipped, products cannot be returned, to guarantee the quality, safety, and hygiene.

The prices stated include VAT.

Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before the order is confirmed.

Dinacia Beauty strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.

Dinacia Beauty is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Dinacia Beauty stands behind the quality of its products. As these are natural products, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly per batch.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
