- Entrepreneur: Dinacia Beauty, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, offering 100% natural and 95% organic personal care products.
- Consumer: the natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or professional activity and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
- Distance contract: an agreement concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of products, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.
- Products: all natural personal care and beauty products offered by Dinacia Beauty, including body butter, body oil, face oil, face cream, hair products, and other beauty care.

Article 3 — Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Dinacia Beauty and to every distance contract concluded between Dinacia Beauty and the consumer.
- Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
Article 4 — The offer
- The products offered are described as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for Dinacia Beauty.
- Images and descriptions of the products are illustrative and may differ slightly from reality, as these are natural products.
Article 5 — The agreement
- The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and has fulfilled the conditions set.
- Dinacia Beauty will confirm the receipt of the order via email after payment has been received.
Article 6 — Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
- Due to the nature of the products (natural and hygienic), the right of withdrawal is excluded.
- Once shipped, products cannot be returned, to guarantee the quality, safety, and hygiene.
Article 7 — Prices and payment
- The prices stated include VAT.
- Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods (iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, credit card).
- Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before the order is confirmed.
Article 8 — Delivery
- Dinacia Beauty strives to ship orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
- Dinacia Beauty is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Article 9 — Warranty and quality
- Dinacia Beauty stands behind the quality of its products. As these are natural products, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly per batch.
- Any questions or comments about the delivery or product can be sent to info@dinaciabeauty.com.
Article 10 — Liability
- Dinacia Beauty is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.
- Always consult the ingredients list in case of allergies or sensitivities.
Article 11 — Complaints procedure
- Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to info@dinaciabeauty.com within 7 days after receiving the products.
- Dinacia Beauty aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.
- Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
Article 12 — Applicable law
Agreements between Dinacia Beauty and the consumer to which these terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
